We strive to provide a fun, safe, and reliable experience for every event and training session. Please review our policy below: Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. When proper notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new date based on availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event or session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Events) In the event of severe weather, bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost. We will work with you to find the next available date. No-Shows Failure to appear at the scheduled time without notice will result in loss of deposit and any payments made. Late Arrivals Event time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may reduce total play time but will not result in a refund.
